This Pinot Noir has delicate aromas of strawberries and apricots with underlying cinnamon. Dried peach and minerality on the mid-palate with a hint of aniseed on the finish. Ready now or drink over the next 7 years.

KALLISTA – "To Kalon Kai Agathon", derived from Plato's statement that in life one should look for "the good and the beautiful/noble", is the Greek name for the flagship Bordeaux blend comprising 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot and 27% Cabernet Franc.
Lean minerality, lingering pencil lead with beautiful clean fruit. A hint of smoky tobacco and leather with appearing with with time. Wonderfully complex and enticing, this vintage is just opening up but will happily repay another 10 years.
